school transition

Moving up to ‘big school’ can be a daunting time for both parent and child. It is a big transition in their lives. We as childcare professionals try to prepare them for from the moment children join the nursery. In fact we find that the younger the children are when they join us, the more advanced they are by the time they are in our pre-school and that much better prepared for school. There are a number of skills we try to embed in your children so that they are emotionally ready to take on the challenges that school will provide for them.
